Business Development Representative

We strive to be a trusted partner for our customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. As a Salesperson at KONE, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and solution-oriented service.
- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, create leads, and close deals to maximize KONE's order book and profitability.
- Account Management: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand customer base.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide market insights, and drive cross-selling initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales or account management role.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive health and wellness plans for employees and their families, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
