Job Summary
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will commercialize our company's products, increasing sales by developing the business of assigned accounts through personalized attention to buyers to detect opportunities/needs and provide solutions per our strategy, ensuring all products, services, and benefits are offered to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Sell our company's products through the development of commercial strategies, control of assigned resources for promotional plans with customers, analysis of sales data to improve results of accounts and detect and develop business opportunities with new customers for market diversification;
- Achieve sales goals established for assigned clients by developing confident relationships with customers through in-depth knowledge of their needs and requirements to ensure the commercial relationship;
- Secure business profitability through administration and control of GTN assigned to each account by executing price increases, maintaining DSO within parameters, accurate execution of product portfolio's strategy defined for each client, and managing KPIs of both accounts and the company to evaluate performance and establish corrections of possible deviations;
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree;
Years of experience in a specific discipline: 3-5 years;
Language: English language medium level required;
Travel: Yes;
Experience: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint advanced skills, Suppliers Portal's;
Skills: Negotiation, Planning, Customer Focus, Finance, Marketing, E-commerce;
Soft Skills: Planning, Organization, Decision Making, Execution, Leadership, Creativity, Problem Solving, Communication, Service Attitude, Conflict Resolution;
Additional duties: Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales budgets (forecast) and reports, keeping sales records, and PSI analysis; collaborate with various departments within the company.
