Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ad Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving Ad Sales Budgets based on price, inventory, and industry analysis. You will oversee all operations to fulfill this task and maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate incentive models for top agencies and day-to-day tracking and follow-up of forecast, revenues (by manager and executive) to achieve monthly goals.
  • Participate in internal regional meetings, regional committees, weekly calls, and forecasting annual and long-range office revenues and budgets, including LRP's and T&E.
  • Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the Mexico Ad Sales annual strategy, aligned to the regional strategy.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish and broad knowledge and experience in media (Broadcast TV, Pay TV, Print, Digital, etc.).
  • Experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people and 10 or more years of experience in the entertainment industry.
  • Above-average skills in negotiation and degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications.
  • General knowledge of local market, players (competitors) and clients, and strategic and analytical mindset.
