We're seeking an experienced Technical Partnership Specialist to join our Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you'll work closely with partners to educate, empower, and ensure their success in delivering Cloudflare solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our partners in building technical practices around Cloudflare solutions. You'll contribute to creating passionate champions within the technology ranks at partner accounts, driving sales for identified opportunities, and guiding partners to deliver successful Cloudflare journeys.
You'll collaborate with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of Cloudflare solutions. Your excellent verbal and written English communication skills will enable you to engage with technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
As a Technical Partnership Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to increase Cloudflare's reputation and authority within the partner solution portfolio. You'll work closely with our product teams to meet your partner and customer needs, ensuring that Cloudflare solutions are aligned with their business requirements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent technical sales skills, including experience in driving technical wins and assisting with technical validation. Familiarity with core industry components of Cloudflare solutions, such as internet security technologies, networking technologies, and HTTP technologies, is highly desirable.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating complex technical concepts to provide effective solutions.
