Talent Development Leader for Organisational Growth

We are seeking a skilled Talent Development Leader to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts in upskilling and developing our sales force and enabling functions.

Estimated Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 USD per annum
Job DescriptionThe Talent Development Leader will play a key role in defining the annual training plan for our affiliate's areas, considering business needs, departmental requirements, and strategies defined by Global and LATAM. They will lead a team of high-performing employees, nurturing their skills to better support the organisation as learning facilitators.
- Define the annual training plan, leveraging tools developed by the company and external providers.
- Lead the implementation of the annual training plan, coordinating and implementing projects locally, regionally, and globally.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, inspiring the organisation with relevant and game-changing initiatives.
- Nurture the skills of team members to better support the organisation as learning facilitators.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, with fluency in English at an advanced level. They should have minimum 5 years of experience in training or talent development areas, including at least 3 years of experience as a people manager with direct reports.

You will be part of the P&O (People and Organisation) team at Novo Nordisk A/S. Our department focuses on developing HR strategies and policies to meet business needs, planning and reviewing activities related to recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and organisational development.
