Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Client Relations:
    • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and initiate contact through strategic outreach.
    • Coordinate meetings to explore potential projects where our expertise can be invaluable to clients.
  • Recruitment & Team Leadership:
    • Take charge of recruiting top-tier talent with relevant expertise for diverse projects.
    • Foster growth and skill enhancement for consultants across projects, ensuring their long-term professional progression.
    • Maintain regular check-ins to guarantee project success and satisfaction.
  • Business Unit Oversight:
    • Steer your business unit with a focus on overall health and success.
    • Oversee Profit & Loss assessments to proactively identify and address business challenges.
    • Devise strategies to enhance turnover and contributive margin.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ready to start an Internship.
  • Strong interest in the Business Development role.
  • Desiring to work in a dynamic and international environment.
What We Offer
