- Foster growth and skill enhancement for consultants across projects, ensuring their long-term professional progression.
- Maintain regular check-ins to guarantee project success and satisfaction.
- Business Unit Oversight:
- Steer your business unit with a focus on overall health and success.
- Oversee Profit & Loss assessments to proactively identify and address business challenges.
- Devise strategies to enhance turnover and contributive margin.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ready to start an Internship.
- Strong interest in the Business Development role.
- Desiring to work in a dynamic and international environment.
