Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Manager

About the Role:
Red Hat S de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Strategic Alliance Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our alliance sales efforts with strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the alliances with Global System Integrators and Hardware Vendors
- Manage enablement, training, and business planning for our alliance partners
- Promote channel business requirements to improve all partner offerings
- Manage strategy development, team development, and relationship building with our partners and alliances
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related industry experience in hardware and software alliances and channel sales
- Experience in direct sales, channel sales, alliances management, and sales management
- Record of successful sales management experience
- Extensive experience in alliances sales positions and established relationships with strategic Red Hat alliances partners
- Excellent working knowledge of Red Hat products, either directly or from a competitive perspective
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
