About the Role:

Red Hat S de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Strategic Alliance Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our alliance sales efforts with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the alliances with Global System Integrators and Hardware Vendors
  • Manage enablement, training, and business planning for our alliance partners
  • Promote channel business requirements to improve all partner offerings
  • Manage strategy development, team development, and relationship building with our partners and alliances

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related industry experience in hardware and software alliances and channel sales
  • Experience in direct sales, channel sales, alliances management, and sales management
  • Record of successful sales management experience
  • Extensive experience in alliances sales positions and established relationships with strategic Red Hat alliances partners
  • Excellent working knowledge of Red Hat products, either directly or from a competitive perspective
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
