About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining information bases, analyzing business data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and KPI dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze business trends and generate insights to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Manage annual customer bookings and forecast monthly supply needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate business status and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

As a Sales Representative at Mattel, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
