At Blackhawk Industrial De Mexico, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships to meet and/or exceed company sales revenue and profit objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing new and existing customer relationships
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, including cutting tools, abrasives, coolant, PPE, MRO, and general knowledge
  • Presenting products to customers and following through to ensure satisfaction
  • Identifying and prioritizing all existing and prospective customers within their territory and keeping mailing lists current
  • Studying product information, attending seminars, supervising tests of products and results
  • Attending and contributing to company sales meetings and technical sessions
  • Providing customers with literature and promotional materials to enhance their productivity
  • Sharing market trends, new products, and market share in existing and potential accounts

In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer software specific to the operation, such as CRM, MS Office, Acrobat, and Autocad, is also required.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month, as well as superior benefits, medical and life insurance, and a competitive commission scheme.
