Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and booking of license agreements, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

• Partner with Sales Coverage and Legal Team to improve turnaround times of legal contracts, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.

• Develop and implement effective team goals, metrics, and business objectives, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve success.

About the Role:

This position requires prior management or leadership experience, with a strong focus on team management, contract creation and management, product and service activation and deactivation, and deal management. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, compassion, and resilience, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and communicate the firm’s vision.
