About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Employee Success and Support Specialist to join our team at K2 Partnering Solutions Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by providing orientation sessions and familiarizing employees with company policies and culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving their inquiries and support needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and record employee incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and generating reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in employee support, HR, or a related area preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
