Business Development Specialist

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales-oriented activities, market development and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer support for TE products, advising on technical aspects and driving design solutions.
- Cultivate and enhance customer relationships, focusing on measurable value and sales opportunities.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from diverse sources, fostering daily interactions for future sales.
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to generate high-quality opportunities with potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams like production, sales, engineering, and logistics to address inquiries.
- Nurture potential sales through regular touch points and demonstrate flexibility in changing business conditions.
About You:
- You have a strong background in customer service, with experience in sales and/or outbound calling.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- You are fluent in both English and another language.
- You have demonstrated consultative experience, with the ability to influence and resourcefulness.
- You are energized by a desire to help and connect with people.
- You have the ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- You are a team player, critical thinker, self-motivated, and proactive positive attitude.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location.
- Less than 10% travel required.
