Business Development Representative

At Gila Software, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our lead generation team focused on the international market. As a key member of our sales and marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by attracting clients in need of technology staff augmentation services.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building relationships with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and qualify prospects requiring IT Staff Augmentation services, while collaborating closely with our sales team to continue the closing process.
To excel in this role, you will require advanced level English skills (C1 or higher), both spoken and written, as well as previous experience in lead generation or telephone sales, preferably in the IT or B2B services sector. Knowledge of the IT industry and Staff Augmentation is a plus. Your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will enable you to effectively build rapport with potential clients and negotiate deals.
