Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at MCI Jobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls and emails
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present our solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience in a similar role within the contact center industry

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
