We have an open position for a
- **Service Desk**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Desktop configuration with the Client's image;
- Laptop configuration with the Customer's image;
- Knowledge of Apple devices (iPhones and iPads);
- Documentation in the ticket tool, follow-up the ticket during its lifecycle;
- Computer peripheral installations (monitors, mouse, keyboards, Dockstations);
- Second level problem solving;
- Fixing hardware problems, generating a warranty at the equipment manufacturer when necessary;
- Assist with the creation of technical procedures for the Service Desk when possible.
