Area Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
Fronius México is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the metalworking industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Prospecting for new clients and identifying business opportunities
• Providing support and follow-up to existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Project management in the automotive and metalworking industry, including negotiating prices and closing sales
• Commercial management of quotes, collection tracking, and preparing reports about the market
• Organization and realization of commercial demonstrations, participation in fairs, and support in national events
• Documenting sales information in CRM
**Requirements**:
• Degree completed in Engineering
• Intermediate - Advanced English
• Work experience in the metalworking industry
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of welding / suitable welding machines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Current driver's license
• Standard car handling willing to travel
• Customer-oriented service attitude
• Proactive
• Self-taught (100% home office)
• Teamwork
