Executive Support Specialist

At Bosch, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide executive support services to senior managers.
Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
- Develop and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and databases to support executive decision-making.
- Act as a project manager for special initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Read, research, and route correspondence, meeting requests, and other time commitments for senior managers.
- Coordinate key business meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- An Associate's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university plus 5 years of previous administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Advanced experience in MS Office, including MS Project, and familiarity with ERP software.

- Interpersonal Competence: openness, cooperation, and management of group processes.
