$30-$40 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to support them in a wide range of personal, professional, and event-related tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can balance diverse responsibilities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Outreach to prospective event attendees, with additional support for event coordination and promotion.
  • Calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and household support, in collaboration with an in-person assistant.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years as a virtual assistant, personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably supporting both personal and professional functions.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across social media, email, and SMS.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (likely Eastern Time Zone).
  • Access to reliable and high-speed internet.
  • Availability of a working phone for communication purposes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks for different stakeholders.
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as engaging with followers.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and SMS campaign software, with the ability to segment lists and track engagement.
  • Comfortable with basic data organization and contact database management to maintain accurate guest lists, VIP segments, and event-related contacts.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and provide thoughtful, reliable support to both Alex and Kyle.
  • Discrete and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information and act with complete confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of shifting focus as priorities change and handling a mix of personal, professional, and event-related tasks.
  • Solution-oriented and resourceful, particularly when coordinating with vendors, arranging logistics, and resolving scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
