**Job Summary**

The Patient Services Enablement Lead is a critical role within Takeda Pharmaceutical, responsible for driving the planning, design, development, testing, and release of global products through our Patient Services Enterprise Platform. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to align them with the company's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a single point of contact for product managers when designing solutions on Takeda's Patient Services Enterprise Platform.
  • Provide technical expertise and trusted advice to product managers when leveraging Takeda's Patient Services Enterprise Platform.
  • Partner with other enablement leads to build global patient services roadmaps and vision for patient services solutions.
  • Identify and deliver value to product managers through global patient services capabilities.
  • Drive adoption through delivery of high-quality and high-value global products.
