Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues and incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP systems and applications
  • Participate in quality control and follow-up global initiatives
  • Upskill knowledge in SAP technology through theoretical trainings and practical experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years' work experience in IT technologies
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Availability for operations and 24/7 delivery
  • Understanding of SLA/KPI tracking
  • Familiar with ITIL concepts of Service Management and Root Cause Analysis
