About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Associate to join our team at Amazon. As an IT Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to our internal customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute projects and improve technical processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment within IT-controlled spaces.
- Automate manual tasks and create/improve small tools to enhance team operations.
- Provide both in-person and remote support to internal customers for a variety of IT-related software and hardware issues.
- Loaner, replacement, and asset return request; reimaging or repair of unique hardware.
- Flexible staffing to handle on-site leadership escalations; audio and video conference support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating Systems support experience.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
