About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Uptalent Sa De Cv. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues encountered
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex technical problems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
