Job Overview:
The successful candidate will support the administrative follow-up of inventory, financial support, documentation, and minor purchases of our clients' ongoing projects.
About the Role:
- Student of the last semesters of bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Acknowledgment of academic knowledge in project analysis.
- Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent spelling).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational follow up of series changes by the operation and support in store openings.
- Analysis of Endpoints in store, validates and suggests required changes based on the budgets and formats of the clients.
- Follow up and management of parts.
What We Offer:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a competitive salary of approximately $15,000 - $20,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
Location: Mexico City
Schedule specifications: 25 hours in office a week
