About the Role

The Customer Development Representative/Executive is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Filorga and doctors in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account.

This role is crucial in delivering net sales, distribution volume, and market share targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the skin health industry and be able to build relationships with key contacts, including doctors, buyers, and store managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Support Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts to ensure that customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Filorga products.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Proactively understand customer needs and develop business solutions to meet Filorga and customer requirements.
  • Conduct Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims.
  • Interpret Sales Reports: Analyze sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Filorga and the customer(s).
  • Develop Customer Plans: Develop and implement customer plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution, and market share.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Work with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on-time and complete delivery, and to prioritize customer requirements when product is unavailable.
  • Customer Insights: Provide customer and shopper insights to drive incremental growth opportunities.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Supervise activity at clinic level and communicate competitive, category, and product information impacting sales results to customer marketing and customer management.
  • Store Visits: Provide effective coverage and visit assigned stores/customers with required frequency.
  • KPIs and Performance: Supervise KPIs and take action to improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least +2 years of experience in the commercial field
  • Experience working with the Skin Health Industry
  • Driver's License
