**Job Summary**:

Citi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and initiatives

• Provide guidance and support to sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques

• Work closely with Branch Managers to set business goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate records and reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Citi remains competitive and innovative

**Requirements**:

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the financial services industry

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and products
