Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Querétaro

Expeditors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development on our larger, more strategic accounts, and orchestrating customer relationships to secure new revenue for our district offices and Expeditors network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and manage a list of 40 Named Accounts with annual revenue over $20 million USD.
  • Demonstrate success at closing new logo and new business with target and prospect accounts based on established revenue expectations.
  • Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Orchestrate customer relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
  • Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer's logistics needs.
  • Keep updated on product and industry knowledge by obtaining required certifications and selling skills training.
  • Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing necessary customer paperwork.
  • When needed, support AR (accounts receivable) collection.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years Sales experience in the same industry.
  • Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive, with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Influences others to action.
  • Contract execution facilitation and negotiation.
  • Fluent in supply chain terms and concepts.
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
