En el papel de Asistente De Presidencia Corporativo en Top Select, te sumergirás en un entorno dinámico donde brindarás apoyo administrativo alto nivel a ejecutivos y equipos de gestión.

Requisitos:

  • Possess habilidades comunicativas excelentes, atención al detalle y la capacidad de manejar una amplia gama de tareas administrativas y de apoyo ejecutivo.
  • Asegurar la operación suave de nuestra organización gestionando horarios, coordinando reuniones, manejo de correspondencia y realizando diversas tareas administrativas.
  • Autónomo, requiere poca supervisión.
  • Judío objetivo.
  • Bilingüe Inglés - Español.
  • Resolución de problemas: Dirigir problemas cotidianos y buscar soluciones efectivas

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Gestión de Calendario: Coordinar y gestionar calendarios de ejecutivos, incluyendo programación y priorización de citas, reuniones y arreglos de viaje.
  • Cobertura de Reuniones: Arreglar y preparar materiales para reuniones de alto nivel, incluyendo creación de agendas, logística de reuniones y preparación de documentos. Tomar minutos de reuniones precisos y seguir acciones pendientes.
  • Arreglos de Viaje: Coordinar itinerarios de viaje, incluyendo reservas de vuelos, alojamiento y transporte.
  • Mantener confidencialidad y manejar información sensible con la mayor discreción posible.

  • Salario: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 por semana.
