Sales Support Specialist

**Job Summary**:
Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist - LATAM to support the Pelco and Avigilon international sales team in the roll-out of KPIs, tools, and programs to enhance salesforce effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, deal registration, regional partner/channel programs, and channel operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Consolidate and track periodically sales key performance indicators for reporting purposes.
- Track and consolidate the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including details on key orders, opportunities status, stock availability, credit issues, and lead times.
- Screen and consolidate weekly sales activity, such as weekly visits, mix of End Users/partners, pipeline creation.
- Collect, market, track, and follow up with actions demands, and direct them, as per the rules in place, towards International Sales VP if less than 2k USD and to Marketing team when greater than 2K USD.
- Maintain and manage an accurate list that is continuously updated with the details, equipment, and locations of the International Sales team.
- Assist the International Sales VP in their day-to-day tasks.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree is highly desired.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales support, deal registration, regional partner/channel programs, channel operations, deal desk, or related sales role(s).
- Knowledge of channel/partner sales and account management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS environment.
- Understanding of sales process deal registration at technology, software, or services company.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and dispute-resolution abilities.
- Can-do attitude and strong time management skills.
