Sales Director, Commercial Mexico

As a Commercial Sales Director, you'll lead a team of sales executives in the Latam region, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in enterprise software sales and team management will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Genesys Cloud and other products in the Latam region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to close deals and generate revenue.
- Collaborate with Genesys marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise/commercial sales, with a focus on SaaS products and solutions.
- 5 years of direct management experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Latam market and sales landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
