About the Role:

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on promoting and securing sales of Injectable Aesthetics products by developing and executing sales plans aligned with company objectives.

You will also serve as a liaison between medical advisors and internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales execution. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and execute business strategies that meet divisional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including medical professionals and dermatalogists

Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and monitor sales plans to optimize efficiency

Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose initiatives to enhance sales performance

Apply commercial and marketing strategies to drive sales growth

Monitor market trends, competitor behavior, and customer satisfaction to inform sales strategies

Ensure sales representatives have the necessary training and support to effectively promote Injectable Aesthetics products

Verify timely and accurate delivery of products to medical professionals and dermatalogists

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Intermediate-level English proficiency

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Minimum 2 years of experience as a District Manager/Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, managing a team of at least 5 people

Experience in direct sales to medical professionals is required

$70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
