Sales Director, Commercial Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our growing SaaS business in the Latam region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Establish and implement sales plans, including territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and patches, to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Genesys Cloud and other Genesys products and solutions in the Latam region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Genesys target accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for closing deals and generating revenue.
- Work closely with Genesys marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise/commercial sales, with a focus on SaaS products and solutions.
- 5 years direct management experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Latam market and sales landscape.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
