Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for B2B Gas and Power supply activities.
- Implement commercial plans to achieve GEMS Mexico's strategic and commercial objectives.
- Drive the organization towards ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Account Management:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement Go-to-Market strategies.
- Actively engage with Global and Regional/Local Accounts.
- Facilitate information flow and negotiate major deals at optimal risk/reward terms.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve the net promoter score (NPS) of the business.
Commercial Operations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build commercial data vision and promote the systematic use of digital commercial tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with ENGIE KYC/AML/credit risk policies.
Team Management:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Regional Sales Officers (RSO) team.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSSE Group guidelines to prioritize safety and sustainability.
