Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to procure new customers through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with our marketing department.
  • Attend networking events to research and connect with potential customers, staying up-to-date on consumer trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure their retention and satisfaction.
  • Suggest improvements or additional products and services that may interest customers, developing business proposals and contracts to attract more revenue.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure the most attractive prices, while training staff with the technical and social skills necessary to improve sales.
  • Review customer feedback and implement necessary changes to ensure our products and services meet their evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of human behavior.
  • Excellent networking skills, with the ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet personable disposition, with a neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay resourceful and motivated by challenges.
