Customer Success Management Leader

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Management Leader to lead our Customer Success Management organization in Mexico. As a key member of our North American Production Sharing De México S.A. De C.V. team, you will be responsible for providing local leadership to the team, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Lead the Customer Success Management organization in Mexico, providing local leadership to the team and ensuring effective customer relationship management.
• Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to drive business growth, profitability, and cash flow.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, including existing and new customers, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with the North American Management Team to establish strong local Customer Success Management leaders and teams.
• Develop and implement effective business processes and systems to support customer success.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure their success and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to meet customer needs.
**Requirements**:
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial services industry.
• Proven track record of managing a P&L and driving business growth.
• Strong program management competencies, including technology services and customer experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong business process mindset, with experience in information systems (SAP) and business intelligence tools.
• Financially savvy, with experience in pricing, profitability, and growth.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
