Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer Analyst to join our team at GE Digital. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and troubleshoot issues involving GE Digital solutions, including configuration, user interface, network and communication connectivity, and performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of GE Digital solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
