About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer-specific database systems and Brose SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer-specific database systems and Brose SAP systems (Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments, ISP, etc.)
  • Support annual sales planning strategy by updating future business projections into our database (ISP, MID)
  • Follow up on open invoices/payments in alignment with Account Manager and Finance
  • Manage OEM Tooling Invoicing in alignment with Account Manager and according to Brose standards
  • Record management of customer contracts (Tooling/Pc Price/Prototype)
  • Manage commercial change management documentation between customer and Brose
  • Assist Account Managers with new business proposals, develop quotations, and prepare market analysis and presentations

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of experience in industrial support functions, fluency in English, and a preference for experience in the automotive industry.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a modern working environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
