Global Delivery Manager for North American Lending and Trade Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Delivery Manager to lead our North American lending and trade services team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for the delivery of projects and ongoing maintenance services to our customers in this region.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Governance: Ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers, including the successful deployment of projects and the provision of ongoing maintenance services.
- Customer Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations in the North America region, providing timely and effective resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Matrix Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to our Mexico Operations teams, prioritizing work and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Resource Management: Oversee the management of onshore consultancy and project management resources in North America, ensuring they are adequately resourced to meet customer needs.
- Process Definition and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design end-state processes for project delivery and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- C-Suite Engagement and Management: 5+ years of experience in engaging and managing C-suite executives.
- Financial Services Domain Expertise: Extensive delivery experience within the financial services domain, specifically in lending and trade financing products.
- Team Management: Proven track record of team management experience, with a strong focus on developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Complex Products Knowledge: In-depth understanding of complex lending and trade financing products, including process definition and management.
- ITIL Framework: Exposure to ITIL framework and delivery of services within this context.
- Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with implementation experience.
- Audit Principles and Controls: Understanding of audit principles and controls, including exposure to auditing practices.
- Project Delivery Tools: Proficiency in project delivery tools such as JIRA, Service Now, and Microsoft Project.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
