At Dyopath, we're seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal customers by troubleshooting software and hardware issues via phone, email, or chat software.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work daily with Active Directory and manage user account access.
  • Track progress of incidents and tasks using internal or client ticketing software.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, reports, or processes to resolve errors.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with change management (ITIL).
  • In-depth knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), InTune, Microsoft Defender.
  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting MS O365 suite, including Sharepoint.
  • Ability to perform RCA.
  • Intermediate-Advanced level of computer hardware troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Intermediate-Advanced level of software troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Advanced English.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: 22K - 25K pesos monthly.
  • 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 8:00am.
