We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Campaign Operations Analyst at Hsbc.
Key Responsibilities- Understand, maintain, and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows and system processes.
- Oversee the production of Digital Messaging documentation in line with committed timescales and methodology, securing Approval from stakeholders as required.
- Perform thorough Quality Control (QC) of deliverables, following departmental Quality Control (QC) procedures as laid down by the business line.
- Identify key risks, issues, and interdependencies, and provide appropriate mitigation strategies or escalate as necessary.
- Consult with different teams on issues impacting project timelines and deliverables to negotiate a viable solution.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of digital communications channels.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Preferrable working with large datasets to target segmented audiences on SQL and SAS.
- Graduates with at least 1 year of experience in Campaign Execution or Digital Channels Operation.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Pega Marketing.
- Function-specific criteria, including digital reporting and visualization skills, and exposure to advanced technologies like Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
