Compensation Package

The estimated monthly salary for this position is $13,000 MXN, plus performance-based bonuses that can take your earnings up to $19,800 MXN per month. This comprehensive compensation package includes:

  • Base salary: $13,000 MXN per month
  • Performance bonus: up to $6,800 MXN per month
Job Description

As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing product information and recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications
