Job Description
">The Client Relationship and Portfolio Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with owner clients. This includes:

- Addressing client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.">
- Conducting regular updates and quarterly Zoom meetings with owner clients.">
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.">

- Financial and Portfolio Oversight:">
- ">
- Analyzing and ensuring accuracy of financial statements and reports.">
- Overseeing inquiries regarding owner portals and reports.">
- Approving expenditures exceeding client thresholds, aligning with financial objectives.">
- Assisting in preparing financial documents, including annual 1099 forms.">
- Maintenance Management:">
- ">
- Evaluating and approving maintenance requests within budget constraints.">
- Providing updates and documentation to clients on project status.">
- Partnering with vendors to resolve escalations efficiently.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in property management or a related field.">
- Strong financial reporting skills and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including handling challenging conversations.">

Estimated Salary Range
">$2000 - $3000 per month (dependent on location and experience).
