About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Mexico Gift Card business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our gift card business in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the Mexico Gift Card business.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to drive business results.
  • Manage Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to drive business growth.
  • Drive Business Results: Develop and execute plans to drive business results, including increasing net transactional activity (NTAs), issuance, and profitability.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on business performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing business plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Business Development Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing business development strategies, including partnerships and vendor management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make business recommendations.
