About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our new machine and aftermarket business in Mexico through diversification of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop individual sales strategies for each account in the designated territory to optimize bookings.
- Recommend and attend industrial trade shows for the purpose of developing new markets.
- Oversee direct preparation of proposals, contracts, amendments, and supporting promotional activities.
- Collect business intelligence and submit special reports regarding the operation of the territory, acceptance or rejection of products, and competitive conditions beneficial to other salespeople and company operations.
- Travel with a minimum of 60% of the time within designated territory, to Fives locations, and to entertain customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales or technical and service experience.
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
