Front Office Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless operational processes, and supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department, including staff supervision, guest service, and operational duties.
- Provide managerial support for Reception, Royal Service, Fairmont Gold, and Guest Services, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings.
- Train supervisors and fulfill training roles in the absence of the trainer.
- Assist guests with hotel facilities and provide informative and helpful responses.
