Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes, guest services, and switchboard operations.
  • Supervise and manage a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention, working closely with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
