The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails, determining priorities, and managing executives' schedules and appointments.
- Project managing office renovations or new office set-ups, and arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
- Providing exceptional administrative support to our executives, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and performing other tasks as assigned.
We are looking for a self-starter who is highly goal-driven and can work well in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A high level of resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
