Global Claims Support Specialist

As a Claims Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling claim documents and assigning new claims or activities to our team's Adjusters for processing. No two days are ever the same in this interesting and varied role.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Processing basic claim activities, such as maintaining assignation databases.
- Uploading documents to the system and processing payments to insured individuals.
- Reporting complaints and compliments received via email or phone.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in insurance operations, claims, or a related area (not essential).
- The ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (with Portuguese a plus).
- An analytical mindset, well-organized, great at determining priorities and making decisions, and comfortable carrying out tasks independently.
- Lots of enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
- Good administrative skills and basic computer skills, e.g., Excel, Outlook.
