This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Account Manager Leader to join our team in Mexico City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strong commercial skills and team leadership, and for maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role:

  • To lead a team of commercial account managers to increase service penetration (share of wallet), ensure the success and satisfaction of clients.
  • To drive revenue growth through strong commercial skills and team leadership.
  • To maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership – coaching and driving an operational discipline to build a strong SoW pipeline and monitoring credit line renewals.
  • Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
  • Developing strategies to grow accounts, increase revenue, and meet company goals. This may involve upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
  • +7 years in B2B sales or account management environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • +5 years in management positions.

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Mexico City. However, final compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
