Job Description: The Senior Oracle Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing Oracle Support relationships with designated large accounts or small numbers of medium accounts. Key objectives include maximizing customers' use of Support Services, driving high degrees of satisfaction and referenceability, and protecting and enhancing Support revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities: Represent the customer as a single point of contact within Oracle, manage contracts or delivery engagements, develop and maintain relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties, plan and deploy Support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints, advise accounts on effective and efficient use of Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures, assure and improve the quality of the service, and maintain accurate account information.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You should have experience working in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
