Global Customer Service Strategist

Job Summary:
The Global Customer Service Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing effective customer service strategies within Colgate-Palmolive's Best Practice standards, known as "Essentials." This role involves collaborating with local Customer Development Teams (CDTs) to support order fulfillment and provide total customer service management for assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure successful order management and delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and CP colleagues to facilitate efficient order-to-invoice fulfillment.
- Collaborate with local CDTs and Logistics to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
- Analyze and collaborate with local CDTs to determine the appropriate action to resolve issues related to customer returns and refusals.
- Work with local CDTs and Logistics to eliminate supply chain inefficiencies and reduce costs in the order-to-invoice process.
- Accountable for the Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) analysis and results, taking corrective action when necessary to improve service or highlight supply chain issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Supply Network Planning Team Lead.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with internal customers such as the CDO team.
- Experience in order management and customer service processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market research for similar positions in the North America region.
